👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Requirements and Test Engineer at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Participate in Agile/Scrum events.
- Collaborate with system end-users and various teams to understand business requirements and functional specifications.
- Analyze defects/incidents to identify root causes.
- Develop and maintain Software Requirements Specifications and test cases.
- Ensure that all development meets these specifications through thorough review and testing, maintaining test traceability.
- Review source code to verify its compliance with specifications.
- Design and execute both manual and automated test scripts, creating automated tests in environments like Squish with Python.
- Report testing outcomes, manage issue descriptions in our database, and maintain our Test Results Management tool.
- Conduct formal system tests, including Factory Acceptance Tests.

You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have solid experience in writing software requirement specifications and software testing.
- Possess strong analytical skills to understand and translate end-user needs into software requirements for the development team.
- Are adaptable, autonomous, rigorous, and value teamwork.
- Are well-organized with a keen ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
- Have a high tolerance for stress and are flexible.
- Experience in Air Traffic Management or another safety-critical domain is highly valued.
- Have computing experience in domains requiring real-time and security features, familiarity with standards such as ESARR6/EC482, ED153, IEC61508, and ISO12207, along with Python development skills.
- Experience with tools like IBM Rational DOORS and fluency in English and French (German is a plus) are advantageous.
