👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Data Platform Expert at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Serve as the technical reference for Snowflake and data utilization.
- Drive the evolution of the data platform, including enabling AI capabilities and setting up platforms.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data management, particularly around Snowflake.
- Manage a highly available environment that adheres to all our security practices and compliance regulations.
- Actively contribute to the operational running of the product, handling objects and grants management, monitoring, optimization, cost management, as well as support and team requests.
- Undertake research, discovery, and exploration to implement new features and capabilities, such as Machine Learning and General AI, and improve interactions with Snowflake.
- Promote and enforce data best practices across the organization.
- Participate in Agile product ceremonies.

🏅 About You You are our ideal candidate if:
- You possess strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data pipeline development.
- You are proficient in SQL, Python, and data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Amazon Redshift.
- You have experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, Snowflake) and a DevOps setting with CI/CD pipelines and versioning tools (GitHub, GitLab, Atlassian suite).
- You demonstrate considerable experience with tools like GitHub/GitLab, Terraform, dbt, and possess knowledge in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Sigma) which is considered a plus.
- You are proactive, autonomous, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and thrive in a team environment.
- You maintain a deliver-first mindset and operate effectively within an Agile framework.
- You approach challenging situations with a positive attitude, exhibit strong integrity, and make unbiased judgments.
- You are capable of bringing clarity out of ambiguity.
- Fluent in French or English and based in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
