👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a DORA Project Manager at Ivy Partners, your missions will include:

We are seeking expertise in project management to support our Infrastructure team, specifically the Contract Management team, in complying with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements. As a financial company, we are committed to strengthening operational resilience in face of increasing digitalization and interconnectedness of cyber threats. You will be responsible for collecting data and evidence, ensuring that necessary procedures are in place to meet DORA requirements. This includes producing monthly and weekly reports to track progress and ensure timely delivery. The role involves being the primary contact for DORA-related infrastructure and EUS topics, reporting to the Infra and Cloud Contract Manager.

• Strong background in IT audit, particularly related to infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and risk management best practices.

• Expert-level knowledge of DORA regulations, ensuring IT and financial resilience through compliance strategies.

• Expertise in managing IT and infrastructure-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and reporting in dynamic, multi-project environments.

• Strong analytical skills for effective reporting and decision-making in high-pressure scenarios.

• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and documentation.

• Strong interpersonal abilities with excellent oral and written communication, ensuring effective collaboration in client-facing projects.

• Ability to work in dynamic environments with shifting priorities, maintaining flexibility and efficiency.

• Fluent in English, ensuring clear communication in international and cross-functional teams.

The main objective is to ensure compliance with DORA requirements through effective project management and collaboration with various teams.

• Work with operational teams to collect and complete DORA forms, such as:

  1. Risk Assessment (Form B)

  2. Exit Strategies (Form C)

  3. Testing process

  4. Collect Contractual documentation (contracts, Dora addendum)

• Coordinate with vendors to gather necessary documentation and evidence.

• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and DORA teams for validation and specific assessments.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on progress, status, risks, and issues on a weekly basis.

• Ensure timely collection and delivery of all required documentation and reports.
