Identity and Access Management Engineer - IAM (IE)

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:
- Define a comprehensive IAM strategy, collaborating with key organizational stakeholders;
- Design, implement, and manage identity directories and services;
- Deploy technologies required to centrally integrate with organizational systems in identity management;
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes and user experiences;
- Implement application access controls, maintenance, and updates of directories;
- Manage access and permissions, whenever possible in an automated manner;
- Address challenges related to IAM solutions, integrations, capabilities, or functionalities of the central platform regarding authentication;
- Implement and maintain technology to ensure compliance with audits and privacy;
- Manage projects and produce necessary documentation for tracking;
- Conduct tests on IAM solutions to assess those best suited to the organization's needs and context;
- Contribute, when necessary, to the cybersecurity incident management process.

🏅 About you!
- Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience;
- Relevant experience in the implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions;
- Relevant experience in project management, especially in IAM;
- Significant experience in identifying, characterizing, and managing cybersecurity risks (e.g., conducting cybersecurity assessments);
- Leadership skills and teamwork capacity;
- Ability to manage conflicts and coordinate multidisciplinary work groups;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Proactive, pragmatic, and initiative-driven;
- Resilient, adaptable to changes, and able to manage ambiguous situations;
- Critical thinking and result-oriented mindset;
- Independent in decision-making and problem-solving.
