👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Gen AI Developer at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:

• Lead the development of multiple technical solutions focused on Generative AI, from proof of concept (PoC) to deployment.

• Ensure high-quality standards for AI solutions by adopting the most suitable tools and frameworks, and implementing best practices such as robust testing, validation, and performance evaluation processes.

• Guide and mentor junior developers through the AI development lifecycle, ensuring good collaboration and high-quality deliverables.

• Engage with business stakeholders to define the technical direction of projects.

• Support the deployment of AI models in production environments, ensuring ongoing monitoring, optimization, and updates.

• Collaborate with software developers, MLOps, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration of AI modules into successful applications.

🏅 About You!

• Expertise in Generative AI, microservices, mentoring, problem-solving, and software engineering best practices.

• Proficient in Python programming and the use of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.

• Considerable experience with cloud services, deep learning, machine learning, RESTful APIs, and the integration of said technologies into scalable solutions.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• A reliable team player, with a collaborative attitude.

• Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in the office.

• Technical stack includes Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, AWS, Azure, RESTful APIs, Git, Agile methodologies, and more in the realm of Generative AI.
