👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Cybersecurity Program Manager at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:
- Monitor the main security control implementation projects (led by cybersecurity or other organizational areas), keeping track of their status, including project planning, execution status, risks, and issues to be addressed;
- Report project status to stakeholders;
- Address and follow up on the activities to mitigate risks identified within the scope of cybersecurity activities across other areas;
- Identify and deal with cybersecurity risks inherent in ongoing projects, specifically to ensure that cybersecurity controls are implemented;
- Manage the Cybersecurity Steering and other internal communication channels, including agenda proposals, communication strategy definition, and coordination with different stakeholders in preparation for support documents for the sessions;
- Coordinate other cybersecurity teams in managing the budget of the area, including preparation of the annual budget proposal and subsequent monitoring of its execution, anticipating needs according to plan;
- Support the preparation of presentations on annual activity plans for the cybersecurity area;
- Identify opportunities for improvement in cybersecurity processes and procedures.

Job requirements

🏅 About you!
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience that blends technical capabilities with management insights;
- Relevant experience in program management or complex project management preferably in the cybersecurity area;
- Experience in preparing management reports on risks and activities (steering committee);
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM, AGILE, etc.);
- Proficient in the management and operation of project management tools (e.g., JIRA);
- Knowledge in information security, cybersecurity standards and norms (ISO, NIST, etc.);
- Leadership and team management skills;
- Conflict management and coordination of multidisciplinary workgroups;
- Planning and organizing skills;
- Risk identification and management abilities in cybersecurity;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Proactivity and initiative;
- Resilience, adaptability to changes, and management of ambiguous situations;
- Critical and result-oriented thinking;
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Leadership and teamwork skills;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities;
- Strong relational skills and positive networking;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
