👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an IT Delivery Manager (Infrastructure) at Ivy Partners, your responsibilities will include:

Regarding Vulnerabilities, you will:

• Manage weekly vulnerabilities reports, providing specific views depending on requests.
• Identify any vulnerabilities gaps according to the risks defined by security teams and proactively lead remediation plans with the technical teams.
• Manage the vulnerabilities action plan, providing a specific view on KPIs, ETAs, and progress for each company.
• Answer questions and execute operational tasks related to compliance requirements following the defined ETAs.
• Define, create, and provide reports and dashboards with SLAs delivered on the entire Infrastructure scope (Infra, Security, EUS) to the companies/activities within the group.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on progress, financial status, risks, and issues.
• Create/Update/Support reports and dashboards with their SLAs for the entire Infrastructure scope (DB, System, Network, Security, EUS).
• Support these presentations on a monthly basis if required.

On audit/regulation, you will:

• Contribute and analyze the required elements.
• Collect and ensure they are delivered on time.

Deliverables:

• Produce reports and dashboards with specific focus on INFRA KPI (monthly) and Vulnerability KPI (weekly/monthly).
• Present the KPI during dedicated meetings.
• Define with operational teams and follow the remediation plan.
• Execute operational tasks related to Vulnerability management and Compliance requirements following the defined ETAs.
• Weekly follow-up and detailed reporting of action plans and actions taken.
• Continuous support on questions/escalations the team might have.
• Follow automation to achieve 100% automation of KPIs production.

🏅 About You!

• Skills Stack: IT Delivery Management, Reporting, Communication, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, JIRA, Infrastructure Knowledge (Linux, Windows, AWS).
• 2 or more years of professional experience.
• Good level of english.
