👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Junior PMO at Ivy Partners, your tasks will include:
- Assist in the coordination and monitoring of projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with teams and stakeholders involved.
- Contribute to the creation, updates, and analysis of performance dashboards and indicators.
- Extract and interpret data to support decision-making.
- Spanish and English skills - Nice to have.

🏅 About you!
- Degree in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related.
- Additional training in project management or related specialization courses is valued.
- Previous experience through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular initiatives in project management.
- Practical or theoretical knowledge of major project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMBOK).
- Basic knowledge in the use of Business Intelligence tools and dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication, both oral and written.
- Proactivity, with a spirit of initiative and problem-solving.
- Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration with different departments.
- Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic and constantly evolving environments.
- Demonstrated interest in digital transformation and technological innovation.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a growing field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and performance efficiency.
