👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Project Management Officer at Ivy Partners, your missions will include:
- Supporting the definition and management of project scope (content, planning) within the constraints of time and functional perimeter.
- Supporting the development of operational IT policies and procedures, operational governance bodies, and performance KPIs.
- Supporting the governance of the project: building and managing steering committees, Project Committees, and Working Groups.
- Ensuring the management of different stakeholders.
- Identifying, monitoring, and managing risks and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing interdependencies between framework streams.
- Conducting lessons learned after project delivery.
- Aligning with the methodologies used by project partners (Agile, DevOps...) in line with the architectural and safety standards.

- Expert in formal project management methodologies.
- Expert in IT Operations Practices.
- Expert in Reporting Skills.
- Expert in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
- Expert in ITIL 3 / 4 foundation.
- Expert in IT Project Management.
- Expert in Stakeholder Management.
- Good command of English (B2+ required).
- Hybrid work model: 2 days/week at the office.
