👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a PMO Consultant at Ivy Partners, your tasks will include:
Supporting the definition and management of project scope (content, planning) within the constraints of time and functional perimeter;
Supporting the development of operational IT policies and procedures, operational governance bodies, and performance KPIs;
Supporting the governance of the project: building and managing steering committees / Project Committees / Working groups;
Ensuring management of the different stakeholders;
Identifying / monitoring / managing risks and mitigation plans along the project lifecycle;
Managing interdependencies between framework streams;
Conducting lessons learned after project delivery;
Aligning with the methodologies used by project partners (Agile, DevOps...) in line with architectural and safety standards.

🏅 About you!
Expert knowledge of formal project management methodologies;
Expert in IT Operation Practices;
Expert in reporting skills;
Expert in Agile methodologies, including Scrum;
Certified in ITIL 3 / 4 foundation;
Expert in IT Project Management;
Expert in Stakeholder management;
Proficiency in English is mandatory (B2+);
Hybrid work model: 2 days/week at the office.
