👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Post-Trader QA Tester at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:
• Define and support the integration test approach for the projects
• Estimate, prioritize, and execute testing activities
• Provide clear, accurate, regular reporting through KPIs related to the test plan implementation, as well as the automation strategy
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Partner with other QA team members to align common tools and approach for testing and automation
• Work with development and infrastructure teams to implement a CI/CD strategy that copes with test by design and embedded automated tests
• Define and provide technical guidance, best practices for the software development teams and business operations teams
• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of the company quality standards, including synchronization with other quality assurance units
• Monitor and manage risks associated with the test plan and contribute to the risk's identification

🏅 About You!
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing
• Proficiency in QA methodology and testing processes
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Experience in implementing automated tests
• Experience with tools such as Git, Java, Cucumber, Playwright, JMeter, PostgreSQL, and Xray
• Previous experience in software testing processes integrated with CI/CD tools
• Good organizational skills, autonomy, proactivity, written and verbal communication skills
• Test plans aligned with the defined scope (HLBR/Epics/User Stories)
• Manual and Automated tests planned for each development sprint, passed with success
• Functional tests executed with success
• Testing reports for all QA & Testing metrics defined for each type of tests will be accountable for
• Excellent command of English (B2+)
• Hybrid work model: 3 days/week at the office
