👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Product Owner at Ivy Partners, you will:

- Own the product vision and requirements for specific digital products, ensuring they align with business goals.

- Work closely with both business stakeholders and engineering teams, maintaining clear communication and solving issues promptly.

- Manage the prioritization of the product backlog, create user stories, and oversee the roadmap and sprint priorities.

- Deliver incremental value in every sprint, contributing to the overall business objectives.

- Maintain relationships with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) teams;

- Ensure your digital products comply with all relevant quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements;

- Identify opportunities for technology-led solutions and coach colleagues to leverage digital capabilities effectively.

🏅 About You!

Between 5 to 10 years of experience as a product owner, preferably with experience in implementing Trade Promotion Management solutions;

 Possess strong technical skills with proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry;

Demonstrate a robust analytical skill set, capable of interpreting market trends and sales data.

Are fluent in English and capable of reporting to global stakeholders;

Hold a bachelor's or advanced degree in business management, engineering, or another technical field;

Fluent level of english;
