👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Scrum Master at Ivy Partners, your missions will include:

• Act as a scrum master managing a squad and ensuring a smooth delivery of the product.

• Define best practices and ways of work with the public cloud team to ensure continuous improvement.

• Participate in scrum of scrum activities and collaborate with the other two scrum masters and the transformation program manager on PMO improvement activities.

• Carry out activities required by the transformation program manager to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive necessary changes within the squad.

• Raise risks and issues to the transformation program manager whenever the team lacks authority to resolve issues or when there are risks that could impact customer commitments.
