⚠️ This a project that will last 3 to 6 months.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Power BI Consultant at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:

-Design and development of Power BI reports and dashboards (operational and analytical) for Human Resources, including data ingestion, transformation, and data modeling.

-Main projects focus on Human Capital (HC) and Turnover analysis, with data hosted in Dataverse. Our goal is to create a dynamic dashboard featuring tables and percentage calculations, enabling real-time data access and the generation of monthly reports.

-Collaborate directly with the Human Resources area to gather business requirements, design, and build reports.

🏅 About you!

 -Over 3 years of experience in Analytics/Business Intelligence,

 -Experience in design and development in Power BI, including experience in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL queries.

 -Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and its connectors with external data sources,

 -Ability to implement security features within Power BI reports.

 -Ability to translate business needs to technical specifications.

-Good level of english and portuguese is mandatory.
