👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Tech Lead JAVA at Ivy Partners, your missions will include:

• Lead the development team for client projects.

• Manage and review code with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Resolve technical issues encountered and propose new, tailored solutions.

• Design and develop backend interfaces.

• Write deliverables and coordinate different testing phases.

• Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards.

• Support developers in adopting best practices, choosing architectures, and their daily work.

• Conduct technical analysis and impact studies before beginning development.

• Design solutions adhering to development best practices.

🏅 About You!

• Able to lead a team of developers, ensuring coordination between business units based in Geneva and development teams in Paris.

• Strong ability to quickly acquire skills on specific topics related to energy trading.

• Over 5 years of experience as an IT architect or lead developer.

• In-depth expertise in electricity trading systems and energy management, preferably gained within an electricity provider or a trading company.

• Advanced skills in DevOps technologies and cloud solutions.

• Ability to design complex solutions, define architectural vision, and play a mentoring role.

• A Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a similar technology-related field.

• Fluency in English required, knowledge of French is an advantage.
