👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Transformation Consultant at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:

• Analyze and map current supplier contracting processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.

• Propose and implement improvements at the process level and through technology adoption (e.g., automated workflows, supplier portals, ERP integration, etc.).

• Define and monitor efficiency and quality metrics, ensuring operational gains and cost reductions.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adoption and implementation of improvements.

• Ensure compliance with best practices and sector regulations.

🏅 About you!

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process optimization and digital transformation.

• Background in operations management, procurement, consulting, or related fields.

• Knowledge of workflow tools, ERPs, and supplier management platforms.

• Strong analytical skills and strategic vision to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in the energy or construction sector is a plus.
