As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Expert at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting application and access risk assessments and participating in the design, configuration, and deployment of IAM solutions.
- Contributing to the definition and optimization of joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes, both manual and automated.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining IAM controls and automations to support engineering initiatives.
- Operating and maintaining the IAM environment, managing BAU activities including incident resolution, ticket management, and user lifecycle management.
- Managing identity governance elements—certification campaigns, access request forms, rules, and workflows.
- Administering account management processes, password policies, and directory services.
- Monitoring and managing Privileged Access Management, ensuring secure and compliant handling of privileged credentials.
- Investigating complex access issues, recommending remediation actions, and driving improvements in accordance with Zero Trust and risk-based security models.

About You
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have a background in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Possess proven hands-on experience in IAM operations and engineering.
- Are experienced with directory technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft 365 Identity Governance.
- Are familiar with cloud identity platforms like Entra ID, AWS, Azure.
- Have experience with scripting (PowerShell, Java) and API integration (REST/SOAP).
- Can effectively work with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- (Desirable) Have experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint IIQ/IDN, CyberArk, Okta, RACF, or Oracle.
- (Desirable) Understand governance, risk, and compliance processes, and are familiar with frameworks like ISO 27001.
- (Desirable) Are familiar with access management services like SSO, PAM, Cloud Access Management.
