As an IT Business Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Provide operational support for BAU activities related to the Process Unity platform.
- Manage functional administration services for Process Unity tools and systems.
- Resolve IT-related issues by coordinating and interacting with relevant stakeholders.
- Handle ticket tracking, incident management, and reporting using tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office.

About you
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field and have proven expertise in delivering IT support services, particularly in financial or risk-related environments.
- You have experience delivering Business Analyst services, preferably within BAU support contexts and are familiar with LOA-related activities.
- You are operationally proficient in using the Process Unity platform and have strong skills in JIRA and ServiceNow for ticket and incident management.
- You are adept at using Microsoft Office applications.
- You have experience working in an English-speaking service delivery environment, French language is considered a strong asset and is highly valued.
