👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an IT Infrastructure and Application Support Specialist at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Manage systems, databases, and networks, ensuring high-quality service and governance.
- Provide IT infrastructure support for both business and development teams, alongside production support and IT service delivery.
- Develop and maintain applications, handle the scheduling for production, and optimize job streams using Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS OPC).
- Construct scripts in Linux, create chains in JCL, and oversee batch executions and file transfers.
- Monitor applications, analyze and prepare documentation for production, support data analysis, and decision-making processes.
- Offer incident, problem, and change management support in an enterprise application, and provide system administration within a technological environment.
- Improve and extend system stability and performance, develop scripts for automation in close collaboration with development teams, and ensure the adherence to internal standards and procedures.

🏅 About You You are our ideal candidate if:
- You possess expertise in TWS/OPC, Linux scripting, and administration.
- You have a strong background in constructing scripts in Linux and chains in JCL.
- You’re skilled with Linux configurations and virtualization technologies such as VMware and Cloud environments.
- You understand ITIL/IPC processes and are comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
- Experience with UDM for File Transfer, Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTP, JBOSS, and technologies like TCP/IP, Scripting (Shell, Perl, PowerShell), Nagios, or ServiceNow would be an advantage.
