As an IT Project Manager (IT&Cyber) at Ivy Partners, you will be tasked with:
- Planning, monitoring, and reporting on IT & Cybersecurity projects, ensuring project scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies are managed effectively.
- Supporting the implementation of NIS2, coordinating teams, suppliers, remediation plans, milestones, risk management, and gap analysis actions.
- Managing technical projects related to Azure Network, including design, migrations, and hardening.
- Overseeing Data Loss Prevention initiatives, ensuring alignment with security standards and architecture.
- Preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports for steering committees and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinating with IT, Cybersecurity, OT, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and business areas to unlock dependencies and ensure effective execution.
- Supporting the management of external vendors and partners, monitoring deliverables, quality and escalating risks or deviations.
 

About You
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have solid experience in managing IT and/or Cybersecurity projects.
- You have knowledge or experience in NIS2 compliance projects.
- You have experience in Azure Network environments and security initiatives like DLP.
- You are capable of managing technical stakeholders, executive stakeholders, and external suppliers.
- You are proficient in tools and practices for planning, reporting, RAID logs, and project governance.
- You are fluent in both Portuguese and English.
- You are available to start within 30 days.
- You are available for a hybrid model: 2 days in office and 3 days working from home.
