As a Project Manager at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Be responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful execution of IT projects from start to finish
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve specific objectives
- Identify and alleviate potential risks and issues that could affect project success
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies
- Enable effective communication and coordination between project stakeholders
- Monitor project advancement and regularly update project sponsors and stakeholders on the status

You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Are well-versed in project management methodologies and best practices
- Can prioritize tasks, manage several priorities, and adapt to changing requirements
- Excel in problem-solving and decision-making
- Have strong skills in local governance and coordination
- Possess expertise in managing stakeholders, including onsite teams and logistics related to site surveys and vendor visits
- Have hands-on experience with the operational execution of projects on-site, including hardware delivery and follow-up
- Understand local constraints and real-world specifics applicable to project environments
- Have a proven record of successfully delivering IT projects, preferably within the insurance industry
- Are proficient in the use of project management tools and software and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
