As a PMO Data Governance at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the operationalization of Data Governance.
- Ensuring the currency of scopes, domains, and subdomains of data, including the association of ownership with various governance artifacts.
- Implementing the data governance model, particularly concerning internal and external data sources, and supporting contractual management for external sources.
- Logistical and administrative organization of Data Owners and Data Stewardship Forums (scheduling, audience management, agenda setting, coordination, recording, registration, and communication) and content preparation.
- Preparing content for the Operational Resilience Committee.
- Ensuring proper and current registration in the enterprise architecture of solutions under DDA's responsibility.
- Assisting organizational units in executing data governance plans and actions.
- Creating, updating, and following up on various development requests (ITR) in Azure DevOps, coordinating with the involved organizational units.
- Managing data governance service requests such as "Data Access" and "Data Event", ensuring the recurrent update of the supporting database and workgroups.
- Managing approvals and processing ad-hoc data requests.
- Supporting in response to audits and internal control.
- Assisting in coordination with Audit and Internal Control regarding deficiencies with DDA ownership or participation.
- Ensuring updates in the SAI360 platform for works related to deficiencies with DDA ownership or participation.
- Supporting responses to government actions initiated by other areas, such as business continuity and resilience plans and updating critical macro-processes and sub-processes.
- Assisting in the management of access across the work conducted by the CDO Office, including for external and organizational setups.
- Providing and managing work areas for different projects and initiatives. 

Job requirements

About You
You are our ideal candidate if you:

- Have practical experience in Data Governance contexts, preferably in large-scale, regulated environments, and banking.
- Can operate in distributed models of Data Governance (Data Owners, Stewards, and multiple organizational units), with strong coordination, communication, and content preparation skills.
- Have experience interacting with technical, business, and control stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Possess knowledge in data domains, ownership, and governance artifacts.
- Are familiar with DORA, process inventory, and risk assessment.
- Have experience using corporate documentation and collaboration tools (Ms Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), governance tools (ITSM, IBM CP4D, Azure Purview, Orbus Infinity), and development request management tools (Azure DevOps).
