👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an Automation Framework Developer at Ivy Partners, you will be called to:
- Understand the financial IT system's current landscape and contribute to project launches with a clear grasp of objectives and requirements.
- Participate in integration testing, evaluate current automation processes, and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design a robust framework for end-to-end test automation that meets both IT and business needs.
- Evaluate and propose integration solutions for internal and external tools that enhance the testing process.
- Focus on creating a user-friendly environment with considerations for reporting and usability among IT and business users.
- Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to synchronize requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.

🏅 About you
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have proven experience in designing and building software or tools.
- Are proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or C++.
- Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes and methodologies.
- Have demonstrated proficiency in Jenkins, GIT, Ansible, and Linux.
- Are skilled in development best practices, including documented code, code review, and unit testing.
- Have excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Are strong in analytical and problem-solving skills to debug and optimize code.
- Can write and execute tests, and debug applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Have a proactive and dynamic approach to maintain project momentum and engage stakeholders.
