👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Global Database Management Support at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Provide senior expertise in SQL Server database administration across international environments, from version 2008 to 2022.
- Demonstrate proficiency with SQL Server on public cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
- Support both daily operations and strategic initiatives, including incident response, change management, and system upgrades within agreed SLAs.
- Engage in root cause analysis, preventative solution development, and continuous system improvement.
- Contribute to database strategy advisory services, helping guide migrations, system optimizations, and cloud transitions.
- Offer round-the-clock support to ensure smooth, uninterrupted database services.

🏅 About You
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Are experienced with SQL Server database administration in a complex, international setting.
- Possess knowledge of running SQL databases in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Are familiar with other database technologies like Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL (this is a plus).
- Have skills in scripting and automation, preferably with tools like Puppet and PowerShell.
- Understand IT service management and change management frameworks, ideally ITIL.
- Thrive in high-pressure environments and are capable of independent problem-solving and decision-making.
