As a Integration Business Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will be expected to:
- Gather, analyse, and challenge business requirements for new interfaces and integration projects.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead requirements workshops, validate interface business logic, and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
- Support interface delivery from project kick-off through testing, UAT, and successful implementation.
- Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities, timelines, and dependencies are properly coordinated.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and documentation across the team.

About You
You are our ideal candidate if:
- Have at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
- Have experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Have worked on integration or interface projects, collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Understand integration concepts such as APIs, ETL processes, data mapping, and authentication mechanisms, even if you have not been directly involved in development.
- Are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and supporting project delivery from requirements through UAT.
- Have excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Are fluent in English. Portuguese and French are considered a plus.
