As a Lead AI Engineer at Ivy Partners, you will be tasked with:
- Defining and leading the Artificial Intelligence architecture of the platform, evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies for Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Document AI.
- Designing document processing and interpretation pipelines and defining architectures for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Developing AI copilots and intelligent assistants integrated into the platform.
- Working closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into the platform.
- Defining strategies for knowledge retrieval and document analysis while ensuring cost efficiency and scalability in the use of LLMs.
- Establishing AI governance, security, and monitoring best practices, and contributing to the growth and mentoring of the AI team.

About You:
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have around 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Artificial Intelligence.
- You possess proven experience in designing AI-based architectures and solutions using LLMs or Generative AI.
- You have experience with NLP or Document Intelligence, which is highly valued.
- You are adept at designing scalable and distributed systems, ideally in cloud environments.
- You are a strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to implementing scalable and sustainable AI solutions.
- You are comfortable collaborating with product and engineering teams and mentoring junior profiles.
