👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Network Support Engineer – OLT Migrations at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Support the migration from MA5600 to MA5800 equipment with minimal service interruption.
- Assist in the activation and configuration of XGSPON services.
- Provide operational support for our Fixed Access Network, including troubleshooting and system monitoring.
- Execute tasks both during the day and occasionally at night (up to 2 nights/week) to minimize customer service impact.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality, resolve incidents, and deliver projects efficiently.
- Document procedures, maintain technical records, and comply with our standards.

🏅 About You
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in telecommunications or IT, preferably within Fixed Access networks.
- Possess a thorough understanding of fiber optic networks, GPON/XGSPON technologies, and OLT platforms (experience with Huawei is a plus).
- Are able to work in a hybrid mode, in alignment with our on-site/remote policies.
- Are willing to undertake occasional night work as necessary.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work in critical service environments.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Are fluent in English (knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage).
