As a Project Manager - Operations at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Join the Process Intelligence team within the Operations Intelligence division, aligned with the company’s strategic plan to serve as a leverage for all other Operations areas to improve core business processes.

• Ensure projects achieve defined objectives within set timeframes.

• Manage risks and their mitigation.

• Report on project progress to various organizational levels.

• Engage Operational Areas for changes resulting from projects, contributing to a culture of efficiency and promoting best practices.

• Support change management in processes and restructuring actions, making it more agile, defining success indicators and measuring outcomes.

About You!

• You have 4 to 6 years of professional experience.

• You have experience in the insurance sector.

• You hold a degree in Management, Economics, or Engineering.

• You are fluent in both Portuguese and English.

• You possess robust project management skills with proven experience in similar programs, including defining scope, approach, activity planning, risk identification, and critical success factors.

• You have digital transformation experience.

• You demonstrate strong interpersonal relationship abilities, communication skills, and interaction with various business stakeholders and top management.
