As a Senior Business Analyst (SAP FS-CD) at Ivy Partners, you will be expected to:
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and detailed solution specifications.
- Conduct workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Produce business requirements documentation and process mappings to support solution delivery.
- Support the definition of user stories and functional specifications in collaboration with business and IT teams.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
- Support project coordination activities, including progress tracking, stakeholder communication, and status reporting.

About You
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- At least 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, delivering complex business initiatives.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP FS-CD (Collections & Disbursements) and SAP Finance modules.
- Experience working within the insurance industry.
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Are fluent in English.
