As an Senior Power Platform Engineer at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, within complex enterprise environments.
- Configure and implement technical components, including security models, data structures, business processes, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices.
- Develop integrations, automations, and reusable components to support business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure solution scalability, reliability, performance, and security by applying Power Platform architecture and governance best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to business teams, promoting adoption and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Contribute to platform governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, including the evolution of Copilot Studio solutions.
- Support service management activities, including incident resolution and continuous improvement of Power Platform services.

About you
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments.
- Have strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform architecture.
- Have experience with platform governance, security configurations, integrations, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices.
- Are familiar with DevOps practices, solution management, and ITIL service management processes.
- Have experience working in large-scale, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Are able to provide technical guidance, document solutions, and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Are fluent in English.
