As a Senior Project Manager at Ivy Partners, you will:

- Own the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis through delivery, implementation, and project closure.
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and challenge requirements, acting as both Project Manager and Business Analyst.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including stakeholder management, change management, governance, and executive-level communication.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects or a large-scale strategic initiative, depending on complexity and business priorities.
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations, steering committee materials, and regular project status updates.
- Proactively manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

About You

You are our ideal candidate if:

- You have at least 5 years of experience combining project management and business analysis responsibilities.
- Solid experience within the insurance industry, enabling you to understand business processes, challenge assumptions, and contribute effectively during requirements definition and solution design.
- Proven track record of independently delivering projects from initiation through to successful completion.
- You possess excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders.
- You are highly organized, structured, and proactive, and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders when necessary.
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
