As a Senior Workday Financial Consultant at Ivy Partners, you will:
-Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Workday Financials solutions, working closely with Finance and business stakeholders.

-Participate in Workday Financials implementation and evolution projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

-Support the configuration and continuous improvement of Workday Financials, ensuring solutions align with business needs and best practices.

-Support electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing) processes and solutions within Workday, including invoice data flows, validation, and integrations.

-Design, implement, and troubleshoot Workday integrations and interfaces with other applications and enterprise systems.

-Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting using SQL and database queries, supporting testing and issue resolution.

-Collaborate with Finance stakeholders, technical teams, business analysts, project managers, and external partners, contributing to functional and technical documentation.

About You
You are our ideal candidate if you:

-Have, at least, 6 years of experience working with ERP solutions, preferably in implementation, migration, or evolution projects.

-Hands-on experience with Workday Financials, ideally across implementation, configuration, integration, or continuous improvement projects.

-Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and financial ERP solutions.

-Experience with electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing) processes, solutions, and integrations.

-Solid knowledge of SQL and databases, including data querying, analysis, and validation.

-Experience supporting ERP interfaces and integrations. Knowledge of APIs, web services, file-based integrations, or middleware is a plus.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

-Are fluent in Portuguese and English.
