As a Service Delivery Management Officer at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Manage all aspects of Quality of Service (QoS) and Service Ownership for Network Products.
- Define and document operating models for Network services.
- Ensure operational readiness for Network products and that Incident, Problem, and Change (IPC) processes are correctly implemented.
- Monitor and ensure that availability and performance targets are met.
- Govern third-party vendors and suppliers and deliver service reporting for Network products.
- Collaborate with teams and various entities to deliver and enhance services.
- Develop and manage service improvement plans and ensure delivered services meet global standards.
- Build and maintain strategic business relationships and provide escalation support for incidents.
- Oversee global governance of services within your scope.

Job requirements

About You
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You are fluent in English.
- You have expertise in service ownership within a network environment in a large corporate setting, ideally with ITIL certification.
- You are skilled at managing competing priorities and can work both independently and as part of a team.
- You possess strong capabilities in network incident and problem management, change management, communication, and mediation.
- You have a deep understanding and experience in managing and rolling out organizational and process changes.
- You have proven your ability to develop new network services at the service management level and to drive quality of service initiatives.
- You are adept at managing service budgets and driving cost efficiencies.
- You have a proven track record of managing supplier and service provider relationships and possess strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
