As an Administration & Access Management Officer at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Manage and operate JIRA as our single backlog management platform, ensuring stable day-to-day services, high-quality user support, and seamless delivery of changes.
- Apply Agile CoE standards and compliant processes integrating with platforms like Silva ITSM, PEPPS, GitHub, and Power BI; design considerations on the Data Center with compatibility foresights into Cloud migrations.
- Ensure optimal administration and configuration of projects, boards, workflows, fields, screens, and permissions while managing approved plugins and maintaining security and compliance standards.
- Enable users through onboarding, training, and the development of knowledge bases and templates; collaborate closely with Agile CoE to integrate best practices in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Oversee and evolve integrations across different platforms, ensuring robust data governance, traceability, and audit readiness.
- Contribute to project planning and delivery, from proof of concepts to integration sprints, ensuring thorough testing, compliance, and post-launch stability.

About You
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have proven expertise in administering JIRA at scale in multi-team environments, with hands-on experience in integrating with platforms like Silva, GitHub, and Power BI.
- Possess deep knowledge of platform basics, security protocols, compliance standards, and data/reporting tools with a strong foundation in Agile methods and frameworks.
- Are skilled in JIRA administration, including workflow standardization, and security practices; familiarity with Cloud platforms and container technologies is a plus.
- Hold certifications such as Atlassian Certified Jira Administration, ITIL v4 Foundation, or similar Agile certifications.
