As a Business Analyst HR at Ivy Partners, you will be engaged in:
- Managing HR Solutions BAU tickets as outlined in the Services Catalog.
- Coordinating with AXA GO on production instances through the iCIMS tool.
- Participating in the development and maintenance of service requests while adhering to defined quality processes.
- Providing updates in weekly coordination sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reporting dashboards for BAU activities and steering committee sessions.
- Conducting security reviews of user access biannually as initiated by the Security Manager.
- Handling incident and problem management, including analysis, resolution, and the submission of unresolved issues to problem management teams.
- Managing referential data setups, change requests, enhancement qualifications, and user access.
- Producing and maintaining service documentation stored on shared portals and participating in the design of processes to prevent incident recurrence.

About You
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have proven expertise in Business Analysis or Service Support within complex information systems.
- You demonstrate experience in HRIS implementations and BAU support, particularly in international environments.
- You possess a strong functional understanding of Talent Acquisition solutions, including Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management platforms.
- You have experience with data migration, system integration, and multiple testing methodologies.
- You are highly proficient in HR technology solutions and have actively contributed to HRIS-related initiatives.
- You excel in producing and maintaining solution documentation as well as project documentation, adhering to standard governance and quality processes.
- You have practical experience with iCIMS tools, ticketing systems, and BAU operating models, enabling you to analyze complex functional and technical issues and deliver actionable solutions.
- You are adept at managing reporting, dashboards, and structured documentation within service activities.
