👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an Coach Power Platform & Copilot at Ivy Partners, you will:

  • Collaborate directly with business teams to identify challenges, discover digital opportunities, and develop viable solutions.

  • Guide projects from initial concept through design, prototyping, and the early stages of adoption, utilizing tools like Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.

  • Design and facilitate workshops to outline needs, frame challenges, and form actionable innovation plans.

  • Create and test AI workflows, develop prompts, and customize agents to suit real business scenarios.

Job requirements

🏅 About you:

  • Possess a degree in digital innovation, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

  • Have extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and no-code/low-code environments.

  • Are skilled in prompt engineering, workflow automation, and technical prototyping.

  • Can simplify complex business needs into actionable solution ideas.

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and can work effectively with both business and technical teams.

  • You are fluent in English and French.
