👩 💻🧑 💻 As a PEGA - CVM Manager at Ivy Partners, you will be expected to:

• Design and implement Customer Value Management (CVM) strategies across various business segments.

• Manage customer lifecycle through both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.

• Leverage predictive models and ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency using the PEGA platform.

• Collaborate closely with commercial teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data in driving business solutions and improving campaign results.

• Optimize digital customer journeys and define and manage segmentation strategies and PEGA executions.

🏅 About you!

• Experience in marketing, campaign management, customer segmentation, or related fields.

• You possess strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on business development.

• You have a deep knowledge of PEGA and campaign automation tools.

• You are highly analytical and proactive in delivering solutions and project implementations.

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
