👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Data Analyst/Engineer at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and identify opportunities to optimize data use.

• Work closely with the Data team on multiple projects related to Data Governance.

• Regularly meet with business units to drive a data-driven culture and the adoption of best practices regarding data use.

• Develop and maintain interactive PowerBI reports and dashboards.

• Migrate data from SQL to Azure Databricks/Snowflake.

• Create clear and comprehensive visualizations to convey complex data in a straightforward manner.

• Conduct data analysis to spot trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.

🏅 About you!

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Experience in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

• Strong data visualization and design skills using PowerBI.

• Knowledge and proficiency using Azure Databricks and Snowflake.

• Strong understanding of databases, data relationships, and data integrity techniques.

• Knowledge and proficiency using ETL tools like SSIS.

• Knowledge and proficiency with Snowflake is highly desirable.

• Basic management skills.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
