As a Data Engineer Expert at Ivy Partners, you will be involved in:
- Designing, developing, and testing new applications, as well as maintaining and upgrading existing components

- Implementing technical components in line with project milestones and coordination practices

- Ensuring the quality, robustness, and operational reliability of applications

- Contributing to the service quality of Big Data & BI platforms through preventive and corrective technical actions

- Implementing logging, error-handling mechanisms, system monitoring, and constructing fault-tolerant data pipelines

- Engaging in continuous integration practices, database administration, data cleansing, and pipeline determinism

- Developing using programming languages and technologies such as C#, Java, Python, Ruby, Scala, SQL, and Apache Spark

- Delivering data integration solutions using ETL tools and REST-oriented APIs

- Designing, building, testing, and maintaining Big Data & BI components using Microsoft and Azure tools - Ensuring reliability and performance of reporting applications

- Contributing to project coordination activities including scope definition, planning alignment, and testing phases.

About you

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Have proven consulting or development expertise in Microsoft Data technologies with 3–5 years of experience

• Possess confirmed expertise in Big Data environments, including Databricks (Python and Spark)

• Exhibit a strong technical development orientation

• (Nice to have) Are knowledgeable in Azure development components like DevOps tools, Data Lake Gen2, Data Factory v2, and more

• (Nice to have) Are adept with SQL Server suite, SSAS, T-SQL, Power BI, Scala development, and have expertise in performance optimization of data processing

Are capable of operating in an English-speaking delivery environment
