As a Dynamics 365 Developer at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Design and develop customizations and extensions for Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service modules.
- Utilize Microsoft and Azure tools to create workflows, set up plugins, and build integrations.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Prepare technical specifications and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute your technical expertise to project planning.

About You
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have over 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development.
- You possess expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Field Service apps.
- You have strong knowledge of C# and JavaScript.
- You are experienced with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Platform components.
- You are fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Preferably, you have experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing, hands-on experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and version control, and experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems.
