👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an ESG Data Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Actively contribute to the collection, analysis, and reporting of data required by our ESG strategies and regulations.
- Collaborate with various business departments to effectively gather and analyze ESG data.
- Assist in implementing new ESG regulations and ensure the collection of new data points.
- Support regular internal reporting on ESG-related metrics and help in analyzing trends and strategic controls.
- Maintain an accurate database of ESG metrics to facilitate responses to questionnaires from rating agencies, investors, and clients.
- Participate in the deployment of technological solutions for managing ESG data collection, performance management, and reporting, and aid in identifying improvement opportunities in reporting requirements.

Job requirements

🏅 About You
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Have previous experience in internships.
- Possess a background in finance, accounting, sustainability, or non-financial reporting.
- Understand ESG trends and the regulatory framework.
- Have a knack for project management.
- Demonstrate proven analytical and reporting skills.
- Are proficient in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP, etc); coding skills are a plus.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and can thrive in a multicultural and complex environment.
