👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a IT Project Manager at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Oversee complex technology projects from initiation to completion.

• Lead the Program Management team in establishing and refining processes, methodologies, and working practices tailored to team needs.

• Engage with program sponsors, stakeholders, and business program managers to lead communication efforts.

• Prepare and conduct critical IT-related meetings, such as program management reviews, steering committees, and escalation meetings.

• Anticipate potential issues, blockages, or constraints in critical paths and collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to address them.

• Utilize your strong interpersonal skills in client-facing project scenarios.

• +5 years of professional experience.

• Possess excellent written communication skills for documenting complex assumptions, risks, and commitments in a clear and unambiguous manner.

• Are adept at working directly with senior leadership and executive management.

• Hold relevant experience leading international-scale programs with multiple project teams across various countries and time zones.

• Are comfortable in multicultural, international settings.

• Can adapt to changing priorities smoothly.

• Hold certifications in Agile or Waterfall methodologies, such as Scrum Master, PMP, or PRINCE2.
