👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Logistics Lead at Ivy Partners, you will be involved in:
- Planning and managing the overall logistics operations including supply chain integration.
- Controlling inventory, orders, customs requirements, distribution, and reverse logistics.
- Identifying risks and opportunities for improvements.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Establishing and implementing best practices and governance in logistics management.
- Monitoring KPIs and providing top management with value reports.

🏅 About You
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have substantial experience (8+ years) in logistics operations management (warehousing, distribution, reverse logistics, tactical and operational planning).
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.

- Have experience with SAP IPP.
- Possess postgraduate qualifications, an MBA, or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) which are valued.
- Are oriented towards continuous improvement, process transformation, and business value delivery.
- Have strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization and logistics data analysis tools.
- Excel in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Are highly organized and skilled at managing priorities in dynamic environments.
- Are fluent in English.
