MAB– Backend Developer

Data Engineer

As a mid-level Data Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the
design, development, and optimization of our data pipelines and
analytics ecosystem. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to
deliver robust, scalable data solutions that empower decision-making
across the company. This role sits within a collaborative engineering
environment where quality, autonomy, and innovation are core
expectations.

Missions

• Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines using modern
  engineering practices.

• Optimize ETL/ELT workflows to improve data quality, scalability, and
  performance.

• Collaborate with analysts, product teams, and business
  stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions.

• Contribute to the data architecture roadmap, including cloud
  migrations and infrastructure evolution.

• Implement data validation frameworks and monitoring to ensure
  consistency and resilience across environments.

• Support the adoption of best practices around versioning,
  documentation, and automation.
