As a MuleSoft Platform Engineer at Ivy Partners, you will be tasked with:
- Deploying and configuring the new MuleSoft Flex Gateway;
- Ensuring the stability and performance of the platform through daily operations support and maintenance;
- Providing troubleshooting, critical situation analysis, recovery planning, and implementation;
- Managing certificate SSL configurations, and capacity planning;
- Conducting technical support and administration across all environments;
- Ensuring compliance with operating system patches following CoE recommendations;
- Proactively monitoring systems through log reviews and OS behavior assessments;
- Designing, building, testing, and deploying project deliverables on time, including managing the defect processes during test phases;

About you
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management or related DevOps roles;
- Possess strong expertise in OpenShift, Terraform, Git, and basic knowledge of AWS and Azure;
- Are proficient in Linux Administration, particularly with Red Hat;
- Understand Infrastructure As Code practices including Terraform, ArgoCD, TEKTON/Kino;
- Are knowledgeable about network setups including Virtual IPs, firewalls, and LoadBalancers;
- Have experience with Authentication and Authorization mechanisms;
- Are comfortable working in an English-speaking environment, explaining technical details simply, and available for occasional off-hours work or travel.
