👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a MySQL DBA at Ivy Partners, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide maintenance and support for Client Reporting Solution.
- Maintain database design/release documentation.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance the data warehouse and client reporting solution.
- Profile server resource usage, optimize, and tweak as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production database issues.
- Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases.
- Work closely with engineering and DBA team to design and implement optimal solutions.
- Liaise with database programmers and IT project managers.
- Protect database from threats and unauthorized access.
- Ensure database backup is adequate and can be recovered in the event of data loss.
- Recommend changes and improvements for database protection.
- Create stored procedures for APIs.
- Design databases to serve the needs of front-end and back-end users.
- Maintain awareness of trends and developments in database administration.
- Monitor system's performance and identify potential problems.

- Advanced ETL skills.
- Basic knowledge of PHP and .Net.
- Confirmed expertise in MySQL.
- Hybrid work model: 2 days/week at the office.
- Skill set includes: MySQL, ETL, PHP, .NET, plus troubleshooting and database administration.
