👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a PCN Consultant at Ivy Partners, you will:

- Participate in the definition and coordination of the Annual Business Continuity Plan.

- Regularly review the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and critical processes, in coordination with business managers.

- Develop action plans for risk scenarios that could jeopardize service continuity.

- Monitor operational tests and drills, and prepare respective reports.

- Prepare regulatory and other various reports.

- Manage and monitor risks, risk indicators, and performance indicators.

🏅 About you:

- 3 years of experience in Business Continuity or Process Management.

- You have experience or training in implementing Business Continuity Management Systems (ISO 22301 standard).

- You possess strong leadership skills and are capable of organizing work and leading teams.

- You are adept at managing projects and working in multidisciplinary teams.

- You have advanced knowledge of Excel and preferably Power BI.

- You have an intermediate level of English proficiency.
