👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a PM Cyber at Ivy Partners, your responsibilities will include:
• Manage strategic projects in the area of Wealth Management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance;
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure the implementation of frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, ISO27001, etc., ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders (IT, Compliance, Information Security, Suppliers, etc.);
• Develop and monitor project roadmaps, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and the quality of deliverables are met;
• Manage project risks and dependencies, proposing corrective actions whenever necessary;
• Define and implement processes and best practices to increase project efficiency and governance;
• Ensure effective reporting and communication with C-Level and technical teams.

🏅 About you!
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in financial environments or specialized consulting;
• Strong knowledge in cybersecurity, regulatory frameworks, and risk management (e.g., NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, GDPR);
• Experience in implementing regulatory and/or digital transformation projects;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments;
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Prince2 or PMP is an advantage);
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management, including with technical and executive teams;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
