As a Product Owners Lead at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners across cards, loans, and internal platforms
- Serve as the go-to expert on product functionality, business value, and operational impact
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Architects to co-design smart, scalable solutions
- Support agile, outcome-driven product development without enforcing rigid processes
- Translate business strategy into clear, implementable product directions

About You
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have an academic background in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a similar field
- You possess experience with banking/financial products such as cards, loans, and payments
- You are technically fluent and experienced in agile product environments
- You exhibit clear goals, energy, and resilience
- You have exceptional communication skills and can manage stakeholders effectively
