As a Project Manager at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing end-to-end technological projects, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met.

• Leading integration initiatives among operational systems, data platforms, and corporate applications.

• Managing asset management projects, operational monitoring, and reporting.

• Serving as the main interface between business areas, internal technical teams, and external suppliers.

• Defining and monitoring project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.

• Ensuring accurate collection and formalization of functional and technical requirements.

• Aligning with internal standards, project management best practices, and governance.

• Preparing and conducting follow-up meetings, status reports, and executive communications.

• Supporting the operational transition and ensuring a structured handover of delivered projects.

About You!

• You have proven experience as a Project Manager in complex technological environments.

• You possess a solid background in system integration projects, data platforms, or asset management.

• Previous experience in industrial sectors, energy, or infrastructure is valued.

• You are knowledgeable in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).

• You are fluent in Portuguese and English.
